my dog has a skin issue all over his body and i dont know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 10 years and 10 months old | 30 lbs

This is probably due to an allergy and multifocal skin infections. I would strongly recommend a check up to confirm this clinical suspicion and and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and medications to stop itch are required. A buster collar to avoid any further licking and scratching would be very helpful as well.
