Puppy sick after shots: vomiting, diarrhea, not eating. Is it parvo?

I have a 7th month old puppy that just got his shots. But he's been throwing up had diarrhea won't eat and loss of weight. Is he dehydrated or does he have parvo? He does not have internal bleeding. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 18 days old

Poor Bandit! If he got his shots today, this could be an abnormal reaction to them. Should he not be fully vaccinated, it could be parvo. He sounds very ill, and I think this is a medical emergency. Please take him into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now. Best of luck.
