Just discovered a spot on my dogs vulva which had to have just shown up today. She is definitely bothered by it as she continues to lick herself. She’s just come off her heat cycle. Should I take her to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 6 lbs
