My cat had fleas and we have put a flea treatment on him but the flea treatment hasn’t worked

Did you disinfect the environment as well? Fleas live in the environment, not on the animal, so it's really important to treat that as well. Wash Sonny's bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home. If you used a flea treatment from a pet store, that may be a problem as well. Over the counter treatments are poor quality compared to the ones you get from the vet. Brands like Hartz are especially terrible. Depending on what you used on him, you may have to wait at least two weeks before applying another treatment. If you post again with the flea treatment you used on him, we can advise you further as to when he can have another treatment. Best of luck.
