My puppy's eyes are red, puffy, and itchy. What's wrong with them?

So her eyes are really puffy, red and i think there itchy to her. What could this be?

I am so sorry to see that she is so uncomfortable. Red eyes can be caused by allergic conjunctivitis, infectious conjunctivitis, ulcers or scratches to the cornea, and uveitis. In her age glaucoma could be very rare. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon. In the meantime using a cool water compress to the eyes every few hours may bring some comfort until she can be seen by a veterinarian for an ocular exam and diagnosis.
