Why is my week-old puppy's belly swollen but she looks skinny?

I have a week old puppy. Her belly looks really swollen om sides like bigger than the rest of her body almost looks like a basketball on her. She is eating and drinking fine also using the batroom fine, but she looks really skinny everywhere else. U can see her back bones and ribs like she is almost only gaining weight in her belly? Have her examined by your veterinarian to diagnose serious infection or fluid in her abdomen.. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites. This is a common cause of a swollen abdomen in puppies. She may need to be dewormed several times over the next 8 weeks to clear any parasites.
