Why did my cockatiel have matted poop around its vent and get sick?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 4 months and 1 day old | 0.3 lbs

Sir/mam I just loose my pet today its whisteling cockatiel he ws ill frm last 3 days and he was disturbed due to his toilet area as his toilet getting deposit on his toilet area But he get suddenly this problem just 3 days befor may i know why he get this problem..?

Thanks for your question, and I am sorry to hear about your bird. If I am reading this correctly, it sounds like your bird has passed away - I am very sorry to hear that. It sounds like you were concerned about some feces/poop material around his rear end as well. If any of this isn’t correct, please repost your question. If this is correct, there are many things that can cause a bird to have loose or abnormal stools. Many of these are very serious (such as infectious organisms like bacteria and parasites) and can cause a bird to lose weight and get dehydrated to a point where they are critical. I am not sure if that helps to answer your question or not?
