How to stop my cat from peeing on the bed when I'm not home?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 6 days old | 6 lbs

i have 3 cats. everytime im not home, one of them pees on my bed. there is a litterbox five feet away. they only do it when i’m not home. how do i make them stop?

I would do a few different things. I would see if you can isolate who is doing it. You can do this by confining one cat at a time and see when this does not happen then that is most likely the one doing this. I would then take them into the veterinarian to get a urine sample on them. This is to make sure there is no infection. Then I would get blood work to check kidneys and if all is normal discuss behavior medications. If you cannot isolate them, then I would get a urine on all 3.
