I highly recommend taking Tetley to a veterinarian as soon as possible. I am very concerned if he is having trouble breathing and he is bleeding in his stool and through his nose. I would recommend having them perform blood work to make sure he isn't anemic and see if he is having an issue with his platelets. If his platelets are low he will have a hard time clotting his blood which in turn can make him bleed. Also with him not eating and losing weight he may need hospitalization with fluids and nutritional support. I hope Tetley feels better soon and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
