Why is my dog lethargic, not eating, losing weight, and sleeping?

My dog is less active , not eating her food but when we give her , her bones sometimes she eats them , hardly drinking and and getting skinny and always sleeping or layn down . I went to a vet he's a home vet he told me she has worms but I don't know he gave her a shot but I haven't seen any it was at least 5 hours ago. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 26 days old | 30 lbs

Ash is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe she is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.
