Layla had surgery to remove an abcess that filled the inner wall of her ear, after surgery she got this ear infection. It’s extremely sensitive and painful to her, we dont have money for the vet, what should we do?

I am so sorry, that does look really painful and very inflamed. I don't have any good options for you that you can do at home without the help of a veterinary professional.
