It could be that Cloudy does have feline acne, but without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. He will need to see a vet to confirm that he does have feline acne, and the vet can prescribe medications to treat it such as a medicated shampoo. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

You can try some at home treatments of acne and if it does not improve then I would take him to your vet. Acne in cats can be from an allergy, not grooming well, or irritation. Change the water and food bowls to stainless steel and wash them daily. Clean his chin with soap and water. You can get Clearasil wipes that people use for acne and wipe his chin twice a day to keep it clean and help prevent further lesions. If these do not help then see your vet for prescription medications

From your picture, it does appear to be feline acne, but without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. Yes I would take him into the vet to confirm the diagnosis, and the vet can prescribe a medicated wash to help with it. Best of luck.

This could be something like chin acne or an eosinophilic granuloma. https://www.petcoach.co/article/feline-acne-signs-diagnosis-and-treatment-of-chin-blackheads-in-c/ https://www.petcoach.co/article/eosinophilic-disease-in-cats/ I recommend to have Taffy examined by the veterinarian to help determine the cause and the best treatment. I hope this helps.
