Why does my cat have bald, inflamed skin on her legs and underarms?

My cat has bald inflamed patches of skin under it's arms and in-between legs

It sounds like she had a dermatitis and possibly and infection of her skin. She should be examined by a vet to treat. She may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, and/ or a corticosteroid to treat. You could try an OTC product like Vetericyn spray until she sees a vet and see if that helps.
