My dog has a strange mark on his neck after vet shots. Should I worry?

Hello, last night my family and i noticed this strange mark under my dogs neck. This is the first time we’ve noticed it and we were with him all day. it doesn’t bother him at all even when we touch it and he’s eating and drinking normally. Is this something I should be concerned about? He did go and get 3 shots and one nasal spray the other day from the vet so could that have something to do with it? The vet looked him over then and gave him his checkup and said he’s perfectly healthy. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 19 lbs

Hi, thanks for using a Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Luke! It appears to be a large bruise. Did your vet take blood for any tests? We commonly use the jugular vein which is in the neck to get blood. If blood was NOT drawn I would take him in today for an exam. I would want t be sure his platelets and clotting times were normal.
