My puppy's first puppy shot didn't fully go in. What should I do?

I gave my 3 month old puppy her first puppy shot but I don't think it all went in what should I do?

If you don't think all of the vaccine went it, she will have to have another one in a week. I would recommend very strongly you take Lucy into the vet to have her vaccines done. The vet will be sure to get all of it in, plus you know for sure the vaccines are stored correctly at a vet's office. I have many colleagues who have seen cases of parvo and distemper in dogs who were vaccinated at home. Places that sell OTC vaccines often store them inappropriately, rendering them ineffective. In addition, by law, puppies need to be vaccinated for rabies by four months of age, which can only be done by a vet. You would need to take her for that anyway, so get the vaccines done there as well. Your puppy's health is too important to risk. I hope this helps.
