Why is my dog not eating, sleeping a lot, and has a warm stomach?

My dog hasn’t been eating well, she doesn’t want to do much anymore but sleep. She’s been like this for a week already, her tummy is pretty warm. She’s not throwing up and she doesn’t have diarrhea. Loss of appetite and lethargy can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Luna evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
