HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Is she urinating or pooping on the floor? Causes of urinating on the floor can be medical causes or behavioral. I would have her checked by your Vet for a urinary tract infection, crystals or bladder stones. If she is older she should have blood work done as well. I would then confine her when inside to a room with a litter box to re-train her. Clean all soiled areas well with an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle. Good luck!
