My Lab is vomiting and lost 10kg. Why is he losing so much weight?

7 yr old labrador started to throw up food and i took him to vet he couldn't find anything but my lab losses 10kg weight and here are the reports attached below.... also they give him fluid by drip so what us it why he loses weight does he has anything serious according to your experiences

Based on the bloodwork, there may be an infection. Based on the symptoms of vomiting and weight loss, there could be lots of things causing this, such as intestinal foreign body or obstruction, IBD, cancer, among other things. The next step for diagnostics would probably be x-rays and/or an ultrasound. If I was the vet, I would get pretty serious about figuring out what is going on because 10kg weight loss in a dog that wasn't on a diet is pretty drastic.
