Dog has diarrhea, eating and drinking. Does she need antibiotics?

My dog started having diahrrea Monday and didn't eat until Thursday. It's Friday and she still has diahrrea, not as loose, but still loose and has started eating again. She's also drinking water. She was staying with my parents and I just got home. Do I need to take her in for antibiotics or has whatever she had ran it's course? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

As her symptoms are improving i would continue to monitor closely and add a probiotic such as fortiflora to help restore balance. Ensure her appetite continues to improve and that there is no pain or vomiting
