My dog has diarrhea after his rabies shot. What should I do for him?

I took my dog to Petco to get his rabies shot. I got him the 3 year shot. It's his first 3 year shot. This was on 8/04/2018 . The next day or day after that he got diarrhea. He's had it ever since. Can I give him anything for it? He does eat his food and drinks plenty of water. I just want him to feel better. Sometimes he will play around and other times he doesn't. Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 50 lbs
