My five year old generally healthy cat threw up recently and then either slipped or fell forward into the throw up. She is a long haired cat and is prone to hair balls and throwing up so it’s more the falling or slipping that worries me. She is indoor outdoor and had been outside in the garden earlier in the day and may have eaten something that didn’t agree with her stomach. She has been eating and drinking normally since. Is the falling/slipping something we should take her to the vet about?

Poor girl. As long as she is walking fine now, she likely just had a clumsy moment. I would only be concerned if her gait is still a bit off, or if she continues to randomly fall to the side and seem disoriented. These types of symptoms can indicate an underlying neurological problem, that should then be addressed by your vet. However, if this event remains isolated, its fine to monitor her and see how things progress over the next couple of days. I hope that things continue to remain stable for your furry friend.
