My young kitten has diarrhea after eating canned food. What's wrong?

What could you reccommend for a kitten with diarrhea? she is only about 5 weeks old her mother who was a stray had two kittens (at least thats all we found) under our porch and didnt come back for over a week so I took them in and bottle fed them. The one is having issues litter training and has been having diarrhea since we started feeding her canned food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1lb

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Since this all started when you changed to canned food I would change brands and also start adding in dry food. I would also get the kitten dewormed and add in a probiotic like Purina Fortiflora. Be sure to get her off all kitten formula as well. I wish you the best!
