My dog has bumps under his skin that won't go away. What's wrong?

My dog skin has broke out in bumps that arnt disappearing they seem to be underneath his skin

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Bumps that appear suddenly under the skin sound a lot like hives which is an indication of an allergic reaction. There may be other causes as well such as a bacterial infection. I would recommend Ty see a veterinarian right away. If they are hives, Ty will need a steroid and antihistamine injection or other medications as necessary.
