My dogs ate a tub of butter. Will it cause them any serious harm?

Hi my 16 week old newfoundland pup and my 7 year old Shetland collie ate almost 250g tub of butter between them will it do them any harm. Pet's info: Dog | Rough Collie | Male | neutered | 7 years and 3 months old

I highly recommend that you continue to monitor them closely for any signs consistent with gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, inappetence and/or diarrhea and have them evaluated by a veterinarian if these are observed.
