My new 2-month-old puppy isn't eating or drinking. What to do?

I just got a 2 month old shit zu puppy, I have had her for 3 days. The first two days she was eating a little but ate. Today she hasn't eaten all day or drank water. I am worried and don't know what to do

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Bella is adorable! If she is lethargic and not acting herself I recommend taking her to a Vet. If she is acting otherwise okay then I would try a different brand of puppy food, get canned if you have been feeding dry and dry if you have been feeding canned. Try some meat flavored baby foods. I would also have a stool sample checked for intestinal parasites as that is a common cause of problems in small breed dogs. If none of the above works she needs a Vet exam. Toy breed puppies that do not eat are at risk for low blood sugar which is life threatening. I wish you the best!
