My new kittens aren't pooping. Is this normal or are they constipated?

Hi! My cat had kittens recently and they seem perfectly happy they run, they play, they eat normally, they cuddle, they pee normally, etc but the one thing that strikes me as weird is that I've never seen them poop my mom thinks that maybe the mama eats it but I don't know are they constipated?

Their mama cleans them regularly and, in order to keep the nest clean she eats the poop. They probably still need to be stimulated to poop. Mama rubs their anus with her tongue and when they poop, she removes it cleaning them. This is normal/ eventually she will teach them how to use the litter box.
