Unfortunately there is not much you can do a part from apply an ear cleaner to get rid of some of the discharge and relieve discomfort. Ideally tympanic membrane integrity should be assessed before applying any product in the ear canal so I would strongly advice to have Buddy checked as soon as possible at your local veterinary clinic. A good product for general cleaning could be this one for example: https://www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/dogs/cleaning-and-hygiene/ear-care/sancerum-ear-cleaner Hope this answer was helpful, but please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
