My puppy has raised, scabby, pimple-like bumps. What are they?

My puppy has a raised bump on his chest/ armpit area. Before I cleaned it the bump had a crumbly scab over it. I then checked him for any more and found a couple small almost pimple like bumps. One on his back leg/ belly area and another on his front leg elbow. I'm concerned about the one on his chest though. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 40 lbs

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This type of lesion could be anything from an insect bite to a bacterial infection. It does look red and quite irritated. I would suggest you take BB to your vet to have it checked out, especially since he has some others. I am confident your vet can prescribe something to get this under control before it gets worse.
