These kittens likely have an upper respiratory infection with severe conjunctivitis, which is quite common in kittens. They may also have worms. Best take them to a veterinarian for an exam and preferably today, to a Pet Er. The vet will need to check the eyes, lungs and heart and likely will prescribe an antibiotic liquid or ointment depending on the kind of infection. Make sure you clean off the discharge regularly, also fro the nose, with a moist paper towel or cloth, feed warm canned kitten food (kittens will not eat if they cannot smell the food) and if they do not drink enough, mix a little water in their food. Ask the vet to give them a wormer as well.
