Why does my puppy get hiccups after eating and drinking? Is it normal?

Is it normal for Coco to get hiccups after eating and drinking and out of no where

Although it seems unusual, it is actually very common for puppies to have hiccups. Typically it's related to either drinking or eating too fast or getting excited and inhaling air.     HIccups are nothing to worry about. They are like babies and get hiccups a lot. IF the puppy is eating or drinking too fast they will vomit. I would offer smaller meals more frequently throughout the day and see if that helps. Do not let him have large quantities of water at a time. This could help. IF it continues you should consult your veterinarian.
