Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Blood coming from the penis can be an indication of a variety of medical conditions including a urinary tract infection, prostatic infection/inflammation, or skin infection if the blood is coming from the prepuce (skin around the penis) among other causes. I would recommend Henry see his veterinarian soon for an evaluation. Henry's veterinarian may want to take a urine sample to check for a urinary tract infection first before ordering other tests. I hope this helps!
