Dog's paw swollen from ingrown nail after nail trim, what to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 10 lbs

Hi. My dog had her nails clipped. She has a swollen paw pad due to an ingrown nail. I've been cleaning it with antiseptic and adding neosporin. She doesn't have and problems walking but it's swollen.

Hello, can you post again with a photo? We may be able to help you better if we can see the swelling. Also, we need some additional informaiton. What antiseptic are you using? Is she licking at it? Thank you.
