Why does my dog have red dots and grey discharge near her vulva?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 60 lbs

My dog have little red dots around her vagina. She also have a greyish mucus inside it. It is not leaking, it has the consistance of peanut butter. I do not know what to do.

This looks like a mild skin infection around the vulva but she may also have some vaginitis or a urinary tract infection that is causing the problem. I suggest you get her to your vet for an exam. I don't think it is an emergency but you should try to have her examined in the next few days.
