Why is my puppy tired and in pain after shots and deworming?

My 11 week cavachon got his last needles to today and also got wormed. He seems very tired and is randomly crying out in pain. Is this Normal? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 2 months and 13 days old

It is completely normal for dogs to be more lethargic the day of a vaccination but also in a little pain. I would talk to your vet about getting an anti-inflammatory that is safe for dogs to help with the vaccine pain. If you notice any difficulty breathing, excessive vomiting or swelling of any area then I would take Sheldon to a veterinarian immediately as this is a vaccine reaction.
