Dog's nipples red and swollen, no pain. Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 9 months old | 15 lbs

My dog has two nipples that are red and a bit swollen. He has no discomfort no change in his attitude no pain. Should i be concern? Or what can i do to help him?

The swelling is mild and the signs are quite generic at this stage. In my opinion they are unlikely to be caused by anything at this stage and will require only monitoring. Should the signs persist or deteriorate in the next 48hours, a check up would be required.     I see what you mean, but they don't look too swollen and red to me. I would keep an eye on them for now. If they stay this way over the next 24-48 hours or get worse, then I would be worried and have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
