My cat's eye tearing up for hours, looks like crying. Is it pink eye?

Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old

Hello. My cats eyes have been tearing up for hours and I don’t know what’s the reason. She doesn’t have any good allergy, I am worried it might be something. It looks like she’s crying, her right eye mostly. Is it normal? Is there a chance it might be pinky eyes?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is not typically normal. This could be due to an eye injury or conditions such as a corneal laceration, corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, dry eye (also known as KCS), among many other conditions. I highly recommend that you have Chanel evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
