How to treat a swollen cheek on an outdoor cat that won't go to vet?

Hello sir/mam, my cat has a swelling on her left cheek.She is not doing well from quite some days.She is an outdoor cat.She stays with us from long tym around 8 years.She will not allow anyone from outside to touch her and we cannot let her come with us to a vet.please tell me the remedy to cure her swelling online.Requesting you to tell the mediation

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Swelling on the left cheek could indicate a dental or tooth infection, abscess, oral mass, enlarged lymph node, or perhaps a cutaneous fungal infection. It is hard to say for sure without examining her first. Unfortunately there is really nothing that can be done at home for this and it is very hard to determine what medication would work without getting a diagnosis first. I would recommend she see a veterinarian for an exam so a diagnosis can be made and he can start receiving the most appropriate medication.
