My puppy's eye is red and shifted after a dog bite. What should I do?

Hi my puppy was bitten by a big dog around his head and his eye is red in the corner and his eye is not straight no more its to the corner and are on top why is that

I am so sorry to hear about your puppy! He definitely needs to see a veterinarian as soon as possible to evaluate this eye. The shifted appearance could be due to a periorbital swelling or damage to the extraocular muscles or nerves affecting the eye. I would get him in right away to ensure the best outcome possible!
