Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Dogs, just like people, can get a gastritis which cause cause a very sore tummy, and make them not want to walk, eat, or move. The underlying cause of this is usually that they ate something that didn't agree with their stomach, and sometimes the cause is pancreatitis. The treatment is often just supportive care by treating the pain, and rehydrating the gut so it can act normally. Once the system is 'reset' with fluids and medications, they get better, and we often never find the initial cause. If this happens frequently you can discuss with your vet about pancreatitis, and feed a low fat food in the future. Raw food and bones will often cause gastritis and pancreatitis as well, so avoiding these triggers is recommended. Best of luck with Panda.
