My puppy ate poop, vomiting, gurgling, and lethargic. Should I worry?

My nine week old puppy ate her poop last night and has thrown up 5 times since. She’s eating a little and still drinking. Her tummy is also making loud gurgling noises. She has been sleeping most of the day and is usually very energetic. Should I be worried?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 13 days old | 2 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding your puppy. I would recommend that she sees an emergency veterinarian today. Five times is a lot of vomit for such a young puppy. I worry that she will become dehydrated. It is worrisome that she is lethargic as well. Try to offer small amounts of water and get her seen soon. She may require fecal testing and possibly some bloodwork or x-rays. I hope this information helps!
