My vet said my dog's neck lump is okay, but I'm still worried.

There is something looks like a sarcoma on the left side of my dog’s neck. I have already consulted a vet and he said this is okay. I am really worried about him and I want more opinions. Does this need to be surgically removed? What should I do to keep this form becoming worse? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 9 months old

If your vet did not test the lump, he cannot know if the tumor is benign or malignant. Any growth needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Ping to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
