My dog is still groggy after Pedialyte. Can I give more and how much?

I gave my dog Pedialyte yesterday for dehydration. He is doing much better today. But he is still a little groggy. Is it ok to give him more today and if so how much? Thank you everyone for all your help. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 5 months old | 14 lbs

Hello. You can give Buddy as much Pedialyte as he would like. Make sure he has plenty of fresh water available at all times, but you can offer the Pedialyte alongside his water. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
