My dog has kidney failure, isn't eating, nosebleeds. What can I do?

Hi My dog name is snoopy ...she is not taking food properly ...one day I saw blood that was coming from her nose .. 03:45:17 pm I rushed her to hospital doctor said that her both kidneys were failed she is going to die .... 03:46:11 pm I don't know what to do....please help her ...Im afraid that I'm loosing her 03:47:10 pm I'm from India How can she get cured please let me know I'll do whatever it takes

I am so sorry to hear about Snoopy. If your vet diagnosed advanced kidney failure, there may not be much you can do. Talk to your vet about his or her recommendations, and let them know you are willing to try even though you understand the prognosis is grim. IV fluids can sometimes help with kidney failure; however if Snoopy has a heart condition of some kind fluid therapy could push him into heart failure. Dialysis is available at some specialty facilities and veterinary universities; I don’t know how available that is in India. For dogs, dialysis is limited in terms of what patients it is an option for— it is not a good option for chronic disease due to cost limitations but if it is a very acute (sudden) kidney failure it may be an option though again it may be cost prohibitive or unavailable in your area. I am so sorry you and Snoopy are going through this. My thoughts are with you.
