Help! I have 12 yr old female German Shepherd with black patchy like skin bumps all over legs. What do I do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 12 years old | 65 lbs

This is probably due to a severe allergy, although it could also be fleas or mites.
