My turtle has swollen eyes, discharge, and a runny nose. What's wrong?

Hello my turtles eyes are swollen shut she also has discharge coming from them she is weak and her nose looks to be running. What can I do I can't afford to take her to the vet right now. Please help

You must take her to a reptile vet specialist, it's probably due to vitamin A deficiency, she will need a vitamin injection and vitamin A eye drops, this will not cost a lot of money and it is urgent.
