It looks like the wound is infected so she should be examined by a vet for treatment. She will need an antibiotic to help treat the infection. You could also soak her paw in a warm Epsom salt solution to help with swelling and infection. I am not sure what type of animal she got in a fight with but she might also need her Rabies vaccine boostered.

    Hi it looks like a cat fight wound that is now infected. You can clean it with some cotton wool and just saline, flushing it with saline but it is best if you take him to see a vet so that he/she can receive some antibiotics and also have a full check up, including the inner ears and a temperature check. Hope all goes well !
