Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Shera is adorable! You can take him outside now! Just not dog parks or places where a lot of dogs go. He can go to parks and walk on the side walk and you can walk around your neighborhood. He can play with fully vaccinated healthy dogs. There is a fine line between missing the socialization window and putting him at risk of catching a contagious disease. I would call the place you want to start training and ask what they require. Some allow puppies to start without completing vaccines. He is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after his final DHPP and Rabies. I wish you and Shera the best!
