Poor girl. She could just be nauseous from her heat cycle, just like with some people. I would give her some time before coming to any other conclusions. You can try feeding her a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese for a few days. Offer her small amounts at a time, once every 6 hrs. This will help settle her stomach a bit. Also you can offer her small amounts of non-flavored Pedialyte diluted 50:50 with water to keep her from becoming dehydrated. If she is still vomiting with no resolve after 24 hrs, or if she seems severely lethargic, pale gums, or doesn't want to eat, then its best to take her to your local vet for further testing and treatment. I hope that your fur baby is able to get well soon. Best of luck and take care!
