My dog has zit like bumps that have puss come out and then he has hair loss in that spot after it's gone down. Is this allergies? Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer (duplicate) | Male | neutered | 25 lbs

Allergies may be contributing, but if his skin is scabbed and you see pus, he may also have a pyoderma (bacterial skin infection) and may require antibiotics. Some types of immune mediated diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body inappropriately) can also result in skin abnormalities. Take Apache to the vet at your first convenience.
