How can I stop my puppy from peeing inside right after we go out?

I just got a 13 week old pitbull puppy and well I let him out every hour and he does his thing but then everytime I let him in he goes pee and poop everywhere and was wondering how I can get him to stop doing that. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 22 days old | 16 lbs

Reward him when he goes outside. When he is inside, keep him in kennel if you are not watching him directly. Everytime he slows down playing or starts to sniff and circle, then take him outside to try again. He is too young still to be fully potty trained, so be consistent and patient and he will get there
